Narrative
The brilliant 70-year-old Madeline "Matty" Matlock, after her younger years of success, decides to rejoin a prestigious law firm, where she uses her unassuming demeanor and cunning tactics to win cases and expose corruption from the inside. Matty is assigned to Olympia, an elderly lawyer and key rainmaker who is desperate for justice, while Olympia’s ex-husband, Julian, the son of the firm’s boss, takes an interest in Matty and his clever skills. Matty works alongside the firm’s younger colleagues – the charismatic Billy and the highly ambitious Sarah – as he struggles to fit into his new, fast-paced world.
